  1. 1 Can Black Beans
  2. 1 C. Brown Rice Flour
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  5. 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  6. 1/2 Tsp. Cumin
  7. 2 TBSP. Olive Oil
  8. Tomato Sauce
  9. Goat Cheese
  10. Green Peppers
  11. Italian Chicken Brats
  1. Oven at 350. Drain and rinse black beans.
  2. Blend with eggs and olive oil. Hand mixer would be ideal.
  3. In another bowl, mix brown rice flour, baking power, and spices.
  4. Pour that into black bean mixture.
  5. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  6. Grease that baby down. I used coconut oil, you do as you wish.
  7. Spread black bean dough out evenly over greased aluminum on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes. The dough will start to split, that is when you know it's ready.
  9. Pull out and top with favorite pizza toppings.
  10. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  11. Broil for 5-8 minutes.
