Ingredients
  1. 5 Scoops Protein Powder
  2. 1/4 C. Shredded Coconut
  3. 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  4. Pinch of Salt
  5. 1 Egg
  6. 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. 1 Tbsp Honey
  8. 1/4 C. Cashew Milk
Instructions
  1. Oven at 325.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Blend together.
  3. Put in freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Scoop into muffin pan.
  5. Back 10-12 minutes.
