
Coconut Vanilla Protein Cakes

Ingredients
- 5 Scoops Protein Powder
- 1/4 C. Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 C. Cashew Milk
Instructions
- Oven at 325.
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Blend together.
- Put in freezer for 20 minutes.
- Scoop into muffin pan.
- Back 10-12 minutes.
