Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Almond Flour
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Oven at 350.
- Whisk all the above together.
- Pour into muffin pan. 8-10 minutes in the oven.
- Makes two perfect sized shortcakes.
