
Carrot Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Spinach
- Tomato Paste
- Salt & Pepper
- Italian Seasonings
- Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Oven at 350.
- Chop carrots and sauté with fresh garlic in coconut oil until tender.
- Add a few scoops of tomato paste and splash of water and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Salt & Pepper.
- Coconut oil a glass pie pan or whatever you want to use.
- Lay a bed of spinach down.
- Then carrots.
- Slap the salmon right on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
