Carrot Garlic Salmon

  1. Fresh Salmon
  2. Carrots
  3. Garlic
  4. Spinach
  5. Tomato Paste
  6. Salt & Pepper
  7. Italian Seasonings
  8. Coconut Oil
  1. Oven at 350.
  2. Chop carrots and sauté with fresh garlic in coconut oil until tender.
  3. Add a few scoops of tomato paste and splash of water and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Salt & Pepper.
  5. Coconut oil a glass pie pan or whatever you want to use.
  6. Lay a bed of spinach down.
  7. Then carrots.
  8. Slap the salmon right on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
