Ingredients
  1. 2 C. of Fresh Carrots
  2. 1/2 Onion
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 3 Cloves Garlic
  5. 1 C. Red Lentils
  6. Salt & Pepper
  7. 1 Tsp Paprika
  8. 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  9. 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1 Tbsp Malaysian ginger curry spice blend
  11. 2 C. of Water
Instructions
  1. Chop onion and garlic.
  2. Sautee in coconut oil until tender.
  3. Chop tomato and carrots.
  4. Add to boiling water along with salt, pepper, and rinsed red lentils.
  5. Boil until tender.
  6. Add spices.
  7. Put 3/4 of mixture through food processor. Back into pan.
  8. Simmer 15 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
